A Day In The Life:
You will be responsible for conducting basic research, data mining, data governance, reporting and interpretation of company performance metrics. Additional job responsibilities include direct support to the senior account executive related to team performance management, operations strategy, and communications.
This job is part of the Business Intelligence team within the Data & Analytics CoE. They are responsible for reviewing data that supports improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence.
What You'll Be Doing:
Generate reports using data from multiple sources to assist in creating a complete evaluation, improvement, or recommendation.
Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management and vendors.
Understand and work with scenario planning tools and models. Investigate current trends in general business conditions.
Identify performance and process improvement opportunities.
Assist with the coordination involving personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations.
Manage the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 3 - 5 years of position related experience, or equivalent combo of education and experience level.
Preferred experience in Agri business or related business area
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Must have solid understanding of Agile methodologies & collaborate within a Scrum / Agile team
Basic knowledge of analytics or relational database system, such as Oracle, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL
Possess strong technical skills in BI technologies such as Tableau, Looker, and PowerBI; need ability to learn these skills quickly
